Would have liked to see a better options for the footings, as they were above the floor they had to be wrapped in the cheaper vinyl covering while Brightwall was put up on the rest of the walls. If I were finishing my basement I would have no worries but I'm a little worried how the material will hold up over the footings if I accidently hit it with something.
Overall, I'm very satisfied with the work. Jason recommended new windows, I have single pane, I'm getting a quote for those to be done this week.
These guys did a great job. Every morning they walked through what they were planning on doing for the day. They even finished a day early and made sure I was completely satisfied with the work before they left.
Matt went through the basement and any concerns I had about the work that needed to be done. He was able to pull up a quote on his laptop and show me pictures and movies of the process which helped greatly.
Jason and his crew were nice, professional and clean. They helped me with moving washer and dryer as well as water softener before starting work.
Stuff was generally clean in the basement considering the work done, but there were some areas coming into the house. Nothing major that a light cleaning took care of.
