This job story highlights two products part of a larger waterproofing system: CleanSpace and Drainage Matting. These two typically go hand in hand with one another and do a great job of controlling incoming moisture. This basement was experiencing a great deal of seeping water from the walls and floors, which led to pooling and damage. Our installation team, in order to keep the water coming in to a minimum and redirecting what does come in, placed Drainage Matting on the floor and CleanSpace on the walls. Both the Drainage Matting and the CleanSpace act as strong vapor barriers designed to stop pooling water. This basement also had a new TripleSafe sump pump installed so the CleanSpace and Drainage Matting help facilitate moisture that does manage to get through the walls or floors to the pump where it is sent out and away from the home.
