Deanna Wolfe is one of the first points of contact here at Adirondack Basement Systems. As our Service Liason and Production Scheduler, she assists customers via inbound & outbound calls to schedule both annual and reactive service appointments. She also helps to troubleshoot any concerns over the phone and reschedule appointments when conflicts arise. She also takes care of smaller tasks in the line of communication with our customers such as confirming appointments, sending out warranties, production premailers, and responding to emails.
Prior to joining the Adirondack Basement Team, Deanna spent many years in phone, B2B, Face-to-Face sales and customer conflict resolution. She has special training and certifications in Notary public, OSHA ID, and was a previous member of NESCA and NAHB.
Deanna's favorite part of her job is the atmosphere and people she works alongside with, as well as helping customers resolve any issues that may be of concern to them. In her spare time she enjoys reading, writing, cooking, dancing, hiking, kayaking.
