What You’ll Do
- Follow up on proposals from sales reps and service technicians to ensure quality and close sales.
- Retain projects by assisting homeowners who request to cancel installations.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service across departments.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service or inside sales (preferred).
- Comfortable making 40+ calls per day and engaging confidently with homeowners.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Salesforce, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and accurate data entry skills.
- Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
Pay:
Option 1: Remote (Commission-Only)
- Uncapped earning potential
- Bonus opportunities for top performers
- Work from home full-time
Option 2: Hybrid (Base + Commission + Bonus)
- $30k base salary + commission + bonus
- Mix of in-office and at - home work
