Inside Sales Representative

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Rep — an organized, outgoing professional who thrives on helping customers and supporting their team. The ISR will report directly to the Sales Manager.

What You’ll Do

• Follow up on proposals from sales reps to ensure quality and close sales.
• Retain projects by assisting homeowners who request to cancel installations.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and other systems.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service across departments.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in customer service or inside sales (preferred).
• Comfortable making 40+ calls per day and engaging confidently with homeowners.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Salesforce, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and accurate data entry skills.
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.

Pay:

• Base + Commission + Bonus
• $30,000- 45,000 base salary + commission + bonus potential
