Assistant Sales Manager
Full-Time | Hybrid (Sales + Leadership)

What You’ll Do

• Run 4–6 in-home sales appointments weekly
• Complete ~4 ride-alongs/week to coach and support reps
• Lead and support team trainings, meetings, and daily huddles
• Track team performance and hold reps accountable to goals
• Provide 1:1 coaching to improve results
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members

What This Role Is

This is a hands-on leadership role.
You’ll lead by example, continue selling, and help develop a high-performing sales team.

Compensation

• $40,000 Base Salary
• Uncapped Commission (avg. ~$72K+)
• Performance Bonuses (up to $7,800/year)

$90,000 – $125,000+ On-Target Earnings
Top performers can exceed this range

Bonus Opportunities

• Team Close Rate > 35% → $325/month
• Cancellation Rate < 5% → $325/month

What Success Looks Like

• Strong individual sales performance
• Improving team close rates & revenue
• Consistent coaching and development of reps
• Hitting key metrics like:
• Close Rate
• Average Deal Size
• Sales Volume
• Cancellation Rate

What We’re Looking For

• Sales experience (in-home sales a plus)
• Leadership or coaching experience preferred
• Strong communication and accountability skills
• Motivated by performance-based earnings
