Challenge
A homeowner called in with his home's foundation beginning to settle. Parts of the home were beginning to sink, including a new addition on the back of the home. This was also allowing water to start to seep in the weaker parts of the foundation.
Solution
Our design specialist recommended we install CleanSpace, SaniDry Systems, Wrap Piers, and Drainage Matting. All products combined would stabalize the home, as well as keep it dry to prevent further damage.
