Challenge
A basement recently flooded in Lanesborough, MA, however, the owner of the home had been in Texas at the time.
Solution
We sent a Design Specialist out to the home. The Design Specialist hopped on Facetime with the homeowner and walked her through the causes and solutions for the flooding. Upon careful evaluation, the Design Specialist recommended we install WaterGuard XL, TrenchDrain, and a SuperSump plus to prevent this from happening in the future!
