Challenge
A customer from Lenox, MA called in looking to have some basement windows installed, as part of a basement finishing project, but also needed to meet specific town property requirements.
Solution
We sent a DS out to the home to see exactly what was needed and research town permit requirements. As a result, our DS recommended we install both windows, and a water drainage system to protect the finished basement. Our DS proposed one large Egress window and window well, along with WaterGuard XL and a SuperSump Plus!
