What You'll Do
Lead and develop a high-performing sales team
Recruit, onboard, and train new Sales Reps
Provide ongoing coaching through classroom training, ridealongs, weekly team meetings, and one-on-one sessions
Conduct performance reviews and collaborate on development plans
Ensure every customer has an exceptional sales experience
Drive your team to meet and exceed sales goals
What We’re Looking For
Experience in sales, marketing, and/or customer service
Construction knowledge is a plus
Comfortable with computer systems (Salesforce experience a bonus)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred, or 2+ years of relevant sales leadership experience
Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
Able to move about 50% of the time and occasionally lift up to 10 lbs.
