This role involves assisting with event setup and breakdown, maintaining a professional and approachable presence, and helping to create a positive and memorable experience for potential customers. This is a per-diem position with flexible scheduling based on event needs. The base pay is $18 per hour, with additional bonus incentives based on the number of qualified prospects collected and appointments set.

Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – must be comfortable approaching and engaging with the public.
Energetic, outgoing, and personable – enjoys talking to people and promoting a trusted brand.
Dependable and punctual – able to arrive on time and follow through with commitments.
Ability to work flexible, per diem hours – including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays, based on event schedules.
Ability to lift and carry event materials (up to 50 lbs) and assist with setup and breakdown.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, promotions, or events is a plus, but not required.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and ability to travel locally as needed.
