Foundation Repair Foreman (Concrete/Masonry)

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a crew of 1–2 team members
• Perform hands-on installation work (this is not a sit-back role)
• Install jobs using company-approved methods and systems
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to high quality standards
• Take accurate measurements and apply products with precision
• Communicate with homeowners throughout the job
• Complete job documentation and paperwork
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every project

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2+ years in construction, concrete, or heavy labor
• Concrete or spray foam experience (preferred)
• Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Physically able to lift, climb, kneel, and crawl
• Strong communication and leadership ability
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
