With more than seven years of customer service experience, Alicia is passionate about building trust and providing homeowners with friendly, compassionate support. She is always looking for opportunities to learn and grow, including attending industry events like the Redefine Conference in Omaha to expand her knowledge and enhance the customer experience. Outside of work, Alicia enjoys spending time at the lake, taking road trips, cooking, and going on daily walks with her daughter. Fun fact: Alicia is CPR certified!
