Krystal is a Customer Care Specialist at Adirondack Basement Systems who enjoys helping homeowners and supporting her team. She spent 11 years living in Florida, where she attended middle and high school and began working in customer service. Over the years, she has gained experience in several fields including healthcare, running her own business, and customer care. Krystal values working for a company that supports its employees and is proud to help customers protect their homes. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her daughter and family, boating on Sacandaga Lake, or visiting Lake George in the summer. A big animal lover, Krystal has several pets and jokes that she would have a whole farm if she could.
