James brings more than 40 years of experience in the remodeling and construction industry to our team. He previously owned 3rd Stage Remodeling, served as a building inspector and code enforcement officer for five years, and worked as a production manager with Otterbeck Builders, giving him a deep understanding of quality craftsmanship and building standards. James loves the challenges the remodeling industry presents and is passionate about helping homeowners protect and improve their biggest investment—their homes. Outside of work, he enjoys woodworking and hunting, listening to classic rock and 90s grunge, and spending time with his wife, two kids, two dogs, and two grandchildren. His favorite food is Italian.
