They will ask for the Promotional Code- CKD487 (180 days same as cash) 5.) They will ask you some personal information 6.) Then once approved they will give you your confirmation number After the application process is complete 1.) EnerBank USA will contact Adirondack Basement Systems with your confirmation number 2.) Adirondack Basement Systems will then fax a copy of your invoice to them (less the deposit amount) 3.) EnerBank USA will review the invoice and the loan documents and a PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION FORM (PAF) 4.) They will then send you the LOAN DOVUMENTS and the PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION FORM (PAF) 5.) On the final day of installation, once you have reviewed the installation and are satisfied with the work, you sign the PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION FORM (PAF) and give it to your foreman 6.) The foreman will turn in the PAF to our accounting office, who will fax it to EnerBank 7.)
