**FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE**

Local Business Team Set to Participate in The Race to Recover America's Missing Children
and the FIREBALL RUN Adventure-Travel Series

CLIFTON PARK, NEW YORK: September 13, 2017- Kevin Koval, local business owner of Adirondack Basement Systems is heading out West for FireBall Run 2017: Big Country on a 2,000-mile journey alongside 39 other teams aiding in The Race to Recover America's Missing Children- a campaign led by nonprofit organization, The Child Rescue Network.

Since its inception 11 years ago, FireBall Run has assisted in the recovery of nearly 50 missing children across America. Each team is given 1,000 flyers to distribute along their journey which features a photo and important information regarding a missing child from their home of origin. According to The Child Rescue Network, one in six missing children is located because someone sees a picture and gets involved. Over 2100 children are reported missing every single day in the United States… Every 41 seconds.  About 800 of those are cases where the child was not in danger and was missing only due to a miscommunication.  The remainder of these cases are children that are in trouble. This year Kevin's team has been assigned missing child Samantha Kibalo. Samantha went missing from Suffern, NY in February 2001 as a toddler. She was born January 3rd, 1999 and would be the age of 18 now. For more information about Samantha or to aid in the race visit fireballrun.com/missing-children where you may print out flyers of each of the assigned missing children.

Kevin Koval has been an active member of his community for years so it comes of no surprise that he has gravitated towards the great cause behind FireBall Run. He has and continues to charitably contribute to causes such as food drives, local school sport organizations, and the Make a Wish Foundation just to name a few. This year will be Kevin's second year participating in FireBall Run. Last year the race ran through the capital region. Kevin had such a memorable experience that that he decided to fly out West for this year’s race. He will be joined by Adirondack Basement Systems Vice President Jen Fox racing as Team #23, “The Cellar Dwellers.”

The Race begins Saturday, September 23rd in Eau Claire, Wisconsin and comes to conclusion in Rapid City, South Dakota on September 30th. Viewers can tune in live to watch Kevin race against other top industry leaders and celebrities in an adventure full of challenges and rare historic opportunities on Amazon Instant Video. If you love travel, history, and creating awareness for a cause you'll love Fireball Run.
