Mechanicville, NY – Adirondack Basement Systems, the Capital Region’s trusted leader in basement waterproofing and foundation solutions, is hosting an exclusive Lunch & Learn event for real estate professionals on Thursday, June 26, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at their warehouse, located at 80 Sheehan Street, Mechanicville, NY.
The event is tailored specifically for licensed realtors, and will feature Joy David, respected local Real Estate Attorney and industry partner, alongside Adirondack Basement Systems’ certified System Design Specialists. Together, they will dive into how structural and waterproofing issues impact real estate transactions—and how understanding the right solutions can help "take the scary out of basements".
Topics will include how realtors can recognize and navigate:
