P.I.E. Week 2026 Kicks Off At Adirondack Basement Systems!

Mechanicville, NY – Adirondack Basement Systems is proud to announce the return of its 2nd annual P.I.E. Week, a company-wide celebration dedicated to its core values that guide its everyday operations: Professionalism, Integrity, and Education. Held each year during the week of Pi Day (3.14), P.I.E. Week combines employee appreciation, team building, and community involvement in a fun and meaningful way.  

Throughout the week of March 9-13th 2026, team members will participate in a series of themed activities designed to recognize the company’s culture, celebrate employees, and reinforce the values that drive exceptional service for homeowners across the region.  

The week kicks off on Monday, March 9th with a P.I.E. Week launch, where employees pick up swag filled goodie bags and capture the moment in a festive, branded photo booth. On Tuesday, March 10th, the company will celebrate its monthly Employee Appreciation Day with a pie tasting and sweet treats, featuring locally made pies from Smith’s Bakery in Ballston Spa, a beloved community staple. Creativity takes center stage on Wednesday, March 11th during the 3.14 video contest, where team members are challenged to create the most imaginative videos inspired by the numbers 3, 1, and 4 (to be posted on Saturday, 3/14/26). On Thursday, March 12th, employees will participate in “Pie-fectly Cozy” Day, wearing pie-themed socks and reflecting on what Adirondack Basement’s values mean to them professionally and personally. The celebration finally concludes on Friday, March 13th with a company meeting that consists of company updates, a pie eating contest, awards recognition, and bowling party at Spare Time in Clifton Park! 

This year’s P.I.E. Week also kicks off with a charitable donation component. Beginning on Monday, March 9th through Friday, April 17th, Adirondack Basement Systems will be selling pies from Smith’s Bakery to raise funds for the Animal Protective Foundation, a local nonprofit dedicated to helping homeless animals find loving homes.  

Customers and community members who purchase pies will be able to pick them up at the company’s Mother’s Day weekend event, Cars and Canines, on Saturday May 9th 2026 from 10am – 2pm.
