We had to remove the window well covers and clean inside because of fingerprints and a sticker residue- the sticker residue still has not come off.
Sales rep helped explain everything we were considering. After deciding to try and approach our wet basement issue from the outside, we called him several months later. He was very responsive, window wells were ordered immediately. We will consider ABS for future improvements.
