Mike is the best. What was estimated to be a 2 hour job, turned into about 6 hours. Stayed into the late evening to make sure the job was done right and to my satisfaction.

I am extremely pleased with the work that Adirondack Basements did to correct my basement issue. Had a sump pump installed a number of year ago, which is working great, so I called them this time to solve my latest issue. With all the rain this year, a crack in my foundation was created pouring water into another part of my basement, I knew who I wanted to repair it. The salesman, Larry who estimated the job was friendly and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales pitch. He recommended their FlexiSpan System to seal the crack. I was happy with the estimate and scheduled the job to be done. When Mike showed up to do the work, he quickly realized the job was going to be much more complicated than previously thought. He stayed well into the evening to get the job completed the right way. His attention to detail was exemplary and his workmanship was of the highest level. I am also happy to report that even though the job was well beyond what was initially anticipated, I was not charged a penny more for the significant extra work. Adirondack Basement is the most highly professional company I have ever dealt with and recommend them with absolutely no reservations. No one is better at what they do.
