The installation crew, led by Brandon, was polite and efficient. They arrived when a surprise power outage had just occurred. The were flexible in terms of doing the things that could be done without power first. Fortunately, power returned within an hour.
The crew made a decent effort at clean up, though the basement and cellar stairs required quite a bit of extra sweeping, wiping and some mopping to eliminate the residual silty dust left from jackhammering for 2 days. A power vacuum might be a good thing to add to the standard equipment.
Everyone we encountered through company was professional and cooperative to work with. I am reluctant to give a score until we have had chance to see how dry the basement actually stays over the course of the year. We're optimistic, and we would so far be happy to refer people to Adirondack basement for cellar work. Please feel free to send this survey again next year at the time of our annual service for the sump pump.
