sagging floor

If you have a crawlspace beneath your home, you may have noticed areas where your floor seems to be sagging and uneven. While this issue might be unappealing, it is more important to note that there are structural concerns in your crawlspace that you are unaware of. Overtime, this can cause problems worse than an uneven floor, such as jamming doors and cracks along floors and doorways. If you are like most people, your crawlspace is the last place you venture to or think about in your home. If you have noticed any of the above issues in your home, it's time to schedule a FREE estimate with one of our highly experienced crawlspace specialists to diagnose the problems and provide a permanent solution.

Our crawlspace specialists commonly find rotting wood or crumbling concrete/brick center supports to be the culprit. As these supports begin to deteriorate, they cause the floor joists above to give way and sag. We provide specially designed crawlspace jacks called SmartJacks to be installed in place of failing supports. SmartJacks are heavy-duty adjustable steel posts. They not only stabilize the floor joists but also adjust them back to their original position. After installation, you can say good-bye to sagging & uneven floors!
