Challenge
A homeowner recently called in after finishing a basement. To comply with town policies, an exit route was required for the basement. We sent a Design Specialist out to evaluate the area and see how we can help!
Solution
After taking careful measurements and testing the ground, our Design Specialist recommended we install an Egress window well and cover! Our production team installed a large Egress window and a medium Rockwell egress system. Some excavation was required, but the final result ended up safe and aesthetically pleasing!
