Challenge
Ron called in looking to replace basement windows. The problem was that it is in a 50 year-old metal frame, embedded in the masonry. Ron and family were in the process of renovating and were unsure of how to get fresh, sealed basement windows installed.
Solution
Design Specialist, Carson, visited the home and took measurements of the frame and existing windows. After determining that this is, in fact, work we can do, Carson proposed we install a new Everlast Basement Window, along with a SunHouse with Flat Lid. Both combined ensure a clean look, as well as increase energy efficiency and keep the surrounding area dry!
