The installation crew ran into some unforseen problems, but worked the weekend to complete the job. It was very appreciated the crew work on Saturday. Before the work was completed the basement started to dry and warm up with just the sump pump installed. The crew gave us recommendations on other issues they found unrelated to the job. This was also appreicated otherwise would have gone unnoticed. Great Job, Well done!!!!!
Sales person gave us good ideas about how to correct water seeping into the basement in one corner. He explained it would be major job and expense to put in sump pump (we have none now). He did explain fully how the dehumidifier would help and how it would easily fit between our washer/dryer. We are happy with the dehumidifier especially that we dont have to fuss with it. It is all automatic.

My one and only frustration was scheduling the job. The problem with scheduling was that it took over three months for the crack to dry which of course isn't ABS fault but once it was dry I had to wait two weeks to get the repair scheduled. I would have paid extra to expedite the service to next day. Reason being that if it rained a few hours before the job I would have to wait for that water to dissipate and forced to reschedule to a later date. I'm lucky it didn't rain for that two weeks I had before the appointment. Other than tricky scheduling ABS did a great job fixing the basement wall crack and now I can finally finish the basement without worrying about water damage. Thank you for backing up your promises with true results! I'll hire you guys anytime
