We had an emergency call last week from flooding in the basement and Ron was wonderful. My husband was traveling and he was a lifesaver.
Office personnel are always extremely helpful and go out of their way to find a quick solution or send someone as soon as possible. I appreciate that they are very accommodating to their customers

Six years ago you installed a super sump pump system and dehumidifier which completely changed the basement. We never had to worry about water - until last week - but that wasn't anything to do with you. The dehumidifier worked great, we just didn't realize that it was not working to its maximum potential until Ron told us that the temperature of 72 meant that it needed to be recharged or replaced. We decided to have it replaced because she and the office representative I spoke to said the new Sedona dehumidifier system was excellent. We had it installed on June 13th. So far it hasn't stopped running and is doing a good job with the moisture that remain in the basement after the flooding and the smell has gotten much better.
