I felt secure that the work was being done correctly and intended to last. Matt (scheduler) was very patient with me over the phone. I did not understand how systems worked including my existing basement systems. He explained how french drains, sump pumps, and water filter discharges worked and their relationship to excess water. Never did he make me feel intimidated or lacking in intelligence. Chris, Todd, Matt, and others made it clear that I could call them anytime with questions or problems.
