Not only was your crew hard workers and polite, they did a nice job on the clean-up.  Richard as well as the office team was knowledgeable.  He provided me with necessary warranty information and did a great job explaining the work to be done as well as the pricing.

The whole staff was great! My salesman was professional: it was obvious he loves his job and believes in his product and company. The guys doing the manual labor were courteous, professional, and very personable. And the girls in the office were extremely knowledgeable. It's been an extraordinary improvement. Money well spent! Such an improvement only adds to the value of my home!

He answered all of our questions and gave good advice for us moving forward. Bill also came a couple days to measure the windows and follow up on the battery issue. Our service tech Mike is a very knowledgeable person.  He knows his job.  He explained everything that he was doing as he did it.  Anytime I have called, I have been treated very well.  Since the initial installation, our basement has become extra living space.  I have told everyone how good your service is.  It is very comforting to do business with a service that doesn't just take your money and forget you.  My wife and I are very pleased that we selected Adirondack Basement Systems to take care of our home.  Thank you again.

Your crew did a great job!  They were on time and professional.  The clean-up was spot less. You finished in one day and covered two rooms! A lot of work was done and it looks great!  Tim answered all my questions and the book provided was a big help.
