Challenge
A homeowner called in due to "wet concrete in the garage and going down the basement stairs". This is not only a danger to whoever is living in the home, but also threatens the home's structural integrity.
Solution
After careful evaluation and identifying the source of the water, our team installed a Sump Pump, Trench Drain, and WaterGuard, to re-route any water that might come in, but also to prevent build-up. By combining these products, the home is guaranteed to stay dry.
