Challenge
A homeowner called in stating, "we have an old basement that takes on water and holds a musty/mold smell. New sump pump was installed 5 years ago that works when it rains heavy, but we would like to use the space for storage and to work out of".
Solution
After carefully evaluating the source of the water intrusion, our team decided to install full height CleanSpace, Drainage Matting, and Rim Joist Insulation. The combination of these products not only protects the walls and floors from water damage, but also keeps the basement warm for everyday use and increased energy efficiency.
