Challenge
A homeowner called in with concerns of cold floors, mold growth in the crawlspace and attic, and flooding during heavy rains. All of the issues pointed towards the crawlspace being uninsulated and unlevel.
Solution
After careful evaluation our team decided to fully encapsulate the crawlspace with CleanSpace, Drainage Matting, Rim joist Insulation, and Spray Foam Insulation. All products combined ensure a dry, protected crawlspace, that will also improve the living conditions in the entire home.
