Fixing a Leak in a Cellar of an Old Schenectady, NY Home
Challenge
A concerned homeowner called due to water coming into the cellar from an unknown source. This cellar is part of a 55 year old family home that connects to a basement and crawlspace. Understanding the severity of this issue, and connection of the home to its family, our team got to work right away.
Solution
After finding that the water was entering in between each room, our Design Specialist suggested we install an interior discharge line, Drainage Matting, WaterGuard, IceGuard,an exterior discharge line, and a SuperSump Pump. Finally we proposed pouring a new concrete floor to seal everything in! After agreeing on the solution, our production team quickly began installation. The homeowner was thrilled with the outcome, knowing that the home with last for many more years to come!
