This basement had serious water issues throughout, with little to no established protective system in place. To remedy this, a complete waterproofing system was installed, protecting every corner of the space from invading moisture. CleanSpace was spread on the walls and parts of the floor where underground seepage was an issue. This provided a reliable vapor barrier to help facilitate moisture, along with the help of the WaterGuard system installed at the base of the wall, collecting water and redirecting it to the TripleSafe sump pump in the corner of the basement where it’s then sent out and away from the home, keeping this basement dry and healthy!
