Here’s a quick little job story detailing a CleanSpace job in a low-ceiling crawl space. There were two access points to the crawl space (we covered them when we finished the job), both being very small and cramped since the space itself was not very large (it was long, spanning the house, but there was hardly room to squat). After taking careful measurements we got the proper amounts of CleanSpace and Drainage Matting and got to cutting; making sure to be as precise as possible to allow the products to perfectly contour to the walls and floor. First, we wrapped the cement piers to protect them from water damage and then we laid out the Drainage Matting to help mitigate the water and keep it from entering the crawl space. On top of the matting and along the walls we installed CleanSpace to act as a vapor barrier to keep moisture from seeping through. These two products work as a great 1-2 punch to keep your Crawl Space from getting damp and musty.
