From the start of sealing up my basement cracks and installing a dehumidifier, I've been super satisfied with Adirondack Basement. Very accommodating and helpful. Honest and upfront. Mike Coonradt has been my primary technician. He is prompt, efficient, informative and helpful. Excellent I was impressed when I had my estimate done. I liked the representative and all ensuing experiences with Adirondack Basement.

Leland was great! He is very professional and enthusiastic- very polite and knowledgeable about all aspects of the job he was to do. A very hard worker and seemed to relate well with his team. No debris was left behind- Everything was left as it was found! I really appreciated all the time that Doug, our Design Specialist, took to explain to me carefully what my particular situation needed. He used pictures, diagrams, and examples which really helped me get the big picture. The book you give out was very helpful to help understand the job. Also, I appreciated all the time he took taking pictures & studying the 'lay of the land' so to speak. It gave me a sense of confidence that the project was so carefully planned out before the actual work was done.

3/19/07 Dear Kevin, Last year about this time I purchased one of your Triple Safe Sump Pump Systems to alleviate a severe water problem in my basement. Our Design Specialist, Tim, was very knowledgeable and very thorough. He was very kind in explaining everything to me. I was most impressed with him. I am very satisfied with the work the crew did- they were all very nice young men. Adirondack Basement Systems has been very patient with any inquiries I had and very prompt in returning phone calls.
