This homeowner has 2 basement windows, one of which needed to be replaced with an Egress Window Well for easy exit in case of emergency. Our team quicly installed the new window and the well!
A homeowner recently called in with concerns of a 20 year old room that had heat/cold fluctuations. The homeowner stated the room created a "particularly cold floor in the winter". He was looking for insulation to help with the radiant temperature changes. As a result, we installed TerraBlock, Rim Joist Insulation, SolverGlo, CleanSpace, and Drainage Matting, for a full crawlspace encapsulation.
This Clifton Park Patio was extremely uneven due to sunken concrete. Our Poly team lifted and leveled it, making it safe for the homeowners and visitors to enjoy.

This homeowner’s concerns all stemmed from their crawlspace. The entire area filled with water, so before any installation could be done, the crawlspace had to be drained and dried. Once the area was able to be entered cleanly, our Design Specialist inspected the space and drew up a plan to get things back where they needed to be.
The first step taken was to ensure flooding like that would never happen again. To combat this, the best solution was to install a TripleSafe Sump System with all the works to keep the water out and the apparatus operating properly and efficiently even in freezing weather. This product not only keeps the water out, but also at a far enough distance so it doesn’t come back. After the TripleSafe comes the CleanSpace and drainage matting. These two pieces take up the entire area and are designed to act as a moisture barrier and deterrent, working hand in hand with the TripleSafe to keep the crawlspace free of water in any form. And to be extra careful with the overall integrity of the crawlspace, SmartJacks were installed to aid in supporting the foundation; all in all creating a strong, protected crawlspace.
