Over the years, basement windows take a beating. With the inevitable deterioration at the hands of Mother Nature, basement windows become perfect entry points for water and animals to enter; and for heat to escape. All these problems mean damage to your home and money coming out of your wallet. That’s why it’s important to get your old windows replaced! Take a look at the difference ours make in a home!
The "S" family wanted to reconstruct the existing basement of their new home upon moving in, to have a comfortable and great looking space to enjoy. They chose the combo of our patented EverLast Walls and our ThermalDry Canyon Beige Tiles. Our EverLast Walls are durable 2 1/2" cement board panels with an anti-microbial non-organic vinyl finish. Not only do they look great- but they protect your health and safety as well! Due to the vinyl finish they are mold resistant and washable. The "S" family took advantage of our SaniDry XP energy-efficient dehumidifer as well, that way their family is always protected from allergens and microbials. The ThermalDry floor tiles add the perfect touch to their basement and keep the floor up to ten degrees warmer than the cold cement basement floor! This is because each tile has footing that raises it off the floor, which also creates a barrier from any moisture or vapor from reaching the surface. One huge advantage of our ThermalDry flooring is that each tile snaps together allowing creative freedom in design as well as ease in replacing a single ruined tile. The "S" family was very pleased with the results of their installation done by our foreman Austin and his crew and can now enjoy their basement ALL the time!
CarbonArmor is a basement wall reinforcement system made from a fiber infused polymer that's 10-times stronger than steel. A high strength epoxy resin absorbs pressure from the wall to help stabilize it. There is virtually no disruption to your home as installation requires no outside digging and it can be completed in less than one day.
This basement in Latham, NY had a block foundation that had water damage and black mold growth. Adirondack Basement Systems came in and completely transformed the walls using our BrightWall panels. These panels are waterproof and non-organic which allows them to stay clean and keep the space looking fresh. Along with the BrightWall panels, the customers had a TripleSafe sump pump system installed with a SaniDry Sedona to ensure the homeowner's basement would stay dry all the time.
Brandon and his crew completed a basement waterproofing project in Latham, NY, consisting of wall systems and a Sedona SaniDry.
