This before and after shows how much a Crawl Space Encapsulation can make a difference. This customer called with concerns about water appearing in the crawl space when the groundwater would rise. We decided to encapsulate the crawl space and install the SaniDry Sedona to keep the humidity low. Now, they have a beautiful crawl space that is well insulated and waterproof.
This crawlspace had humidity and moisture problems as well as fiberglass insulation falling down and creating a mess. The homeowner was looking for a solution to prevent moisture and odors from coming into the home, as well as an efficient insulation solution.
