This crawlspace had humidity and moisture problems as well as fiberglass insulation falling down and creating a mess. The homeowner was looking for a solution to prevent moisture and odors from coming into the home, as well as an efficient insulation solution. Our Foreman Sean installed CleanSpace vapor barrier along with SilverGlo insulation barrier to do just that. The homeowner also chose to have a SaniDry Sedona installed to help control the humidity and particles in the air beneath their home.
This Olmstedville crawlspace was in need of some foundation support, as well as dry basement solutions. our team installed SmartJacks and Supplemental beams for foundation support, and CleanSpace and a SaniDry Sedona for waterproofing purposes!
This basement in Berne, NY had damaged drywall from water seepage. Mold growth was a concern so the homeowner had to remove the drywall and find a proper solution. Adirondack Basement Systems came in and installed EverLast wall restoration panels where the portions of drywall were removed. These panels are made of inorganic durable material that is waterproof and mold resistant. It also features an R-13 insulation rating and is warrantied for 50 years!
Beams in this Galway crawlspace were being held up with stone, as the wood got weaker and weaker due to a humid area. Our team installed SmartJacks to support the beams, as well as a Sedona SaniDry to keep the space free of humidity/prevent mold growth.
