Crawlspace Waterproofing in Gilboa, NY

This customer kept experiencing water leakage in their crawlspace that was puddling on the ground as well as issues with condensation. The source of the water was determined to be from leaks from the pipes or sewage, so our foreman, Daniel, came up with a plan that would ensure water would be the least of their worries!

Crumbling Foundation Support With EverBrace in Johnstown, NY

When foundation walls deteriorate to conditions like this, a serious, final solution is required. Our EverBrace system provides the support of a new foundation without the cost or installation hassle. EverBrace’s steel corrugated panels span between I-beams while a specialized foam is injected between the panels and the pre-existing basement walls, allowing the weight of the house to be transferred from the old foundation to the EverBrace system. If your home is in desperate need of a boost, EverBrace is the perfect choice.

CleanSpace Installation in Speculator, NY

This Speculator basement had some walls leaking, which was deteriorating the foundation. As a preventative, our team installed CleanSpace to protect the home's integrity!

Section of a WaterGuard in Gloversville, NY

WaterGuard is a product that works behind the scenes so its place in the waterproofing system doesn’t often get highlighted, but this pair of before and after photos takes a close look at how it fits in to the basement. WaterGuard is installed where the floor meets the wall then covered with a new layer of concrete. Its purpose is to collect moisture that’s seeping into the basement and redirecting it to the sump pump where it can be sent out and away from the home. If you’re in need of a product to help facilitate water out of your basement, WaterGuard is here for you!

FlexiSpan Installation in Fort Johnson, NY

This homeowner had some sizable cracks in their basement walls that leaked water from the outside. Luckily, the fix to this is simple, noninvasive, and clean-looking. While the installation process looks like a one-step job, it actually involves three closely-related steps. The first is a flexible sealant that goes across the entire length of the crack. Then, a strip of a porous, flexible foam is installed over the crack. Finally, an impermeable membrane is attached to the wall on both sides of the foam strip. The FlexiSpan works in all conditions and is not affected by any sort of pressure or movement with the walls. It also won’t leak or reopen like mortar-based repairs, making it a strong, reliable solution to any leaking basement cracks.
