We have been very pleased with the work we had done by Adirondack Basement. This year we had our first annual maintenance on the new SuperSump, Water Guard system, and SaniDry dehumidifier that we had installed last year. Mike Coonradt performed the maintenance, and did a great job. Being the first time for this maintenance, we looked over his shoulder most of the time, and we were impressed with his attention to detail, his thoroughness, and his willingness and ability to explain everything he was doing. We asked a bunch of questions, and learned a lot. Mike is an asset to your company.
Adirondack does a super job at leaving the work area clean. It wasn't a huge issue during maintenance, but Mike left the area cleaner than he found it.
We were very familiar with the Adirondack Basement name from the many ads we have seen in the Clipper coupon magazine. When we were looking seriously at some home improvements last year, we attended the 2015 February Home Show and talked with representatives and set up an appointment for someone to come out, look at our situation, and make a proposal. We have been very happy with the result.
