Just had a rainy, warm day that melted a lot of snow at the same time. With our SaniDry there is no noticeable moisture in the house and with the raised flooring I can go about my day without concern of potential water damage to our new finished basement.

So far the system has been great! No more puddles!  The dehumidifier is awesome.  It's a pleasure to walk in the basement and not have it be smelly and damp.  After the latest rain I went to check the basement and not a sign of water!

From our initial meeting, until the end of our basement project, Tim was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to help us assess and make decisions about mold damage we found in our basement that we weren't expecting. He even stopped by to meet with a contractor from another company who had some questions about prep work that needed to be done before Adirondack Basement could get started. Tim was straight forward and honest, and as a result we were able to confidently make the right decisions about what to do with our basement, and we are now enjoying a lovely new family room. We noticed our hanging laundry in the basement is now dry in half the time.  The RH declined from about 64% to 42%!  We are very satisfied with our SaniDry unit.

Adirondack Basement Systems installed a drain around the perimeter of two basement areas, put in two new sump pump systems, and installed a dehumidifier. I also had a vapor barrier installed and two windows replaced. The team was puctual and professional, as neat as possible (jack-hammering is very messy business) and finished on time. Upon completion, they took the time to thoroughly explain the system and its maintenance. Dealing with this company was a pleasure. The only reason I wouldn't give this company straight A's is that they are a bit pricey, but I have no regret paying extra for the quality system they installed. The air quality of my entire home had improved drastically- it was worth every penny!
