"I would like to let someone know that in observing Zach and how he runs a project is a wonderful thing. He is consistently making comments about everyone being safe, and taking breaks if they need a breather.   Specifically, he told one of the guys to not worry about dropping a bucket of stones going down the stairs if he needed instead of falling down the stairs and hurting himself. I thought this was great instruction and agreed with him telling the worker that stone can always be shoveled or swept up.    As you know, everything they carry down and carry out is heavy and I am impressed by his concern for safety and employee health. Come to find out, the one guys dad, was the guy who poured my old house pool surround. And was the best! So I was picking his brain about this horrific cement job around my pool and he was kind enough to cut in like 6 joints that desperately needed to be done. Now I don't ever have to deal with or call that pool installer ever again. I can't thank them enough for doing that!!!! I would've had more cracks coming! Thank you thank you thank you!! Viscio is the guy that came here and his big boss came, they were great! And the guys last year that did my crawlspace area they were professional, nice, neat, etc. !!!
