They were thorough in the explanation of what they were going to do, when they were going to do it, and when they were going to be finished. My design specialist Richard Keigley explained everything thoroughly and was a pleasure to work with. We decided on your company because my home inspector recommended you, plus the Dry CrawlSpace Science book was really informative (they sent this to my for free prior to my evaluation).Our crawl space was VERY WET and the house had a MUSTY smell ALL OF THE TIME. Since i put the dehumidifier in, the cellar is much more comfortable.  It's not damp or smelly.  Where you fixed the cracks in the foundation there is no longer any leaks/ rain coming into the basement! I love it! My cellar windows were a great investment! The upstairs is more comfortable and less humid!

The crew did an excellent job and everything is drying up perfectly.  Humidity is down to 51% six days after the install.  I had water on the floor of the basement in most areas before your system.  Where were you 20yrs ago?!

July was one of the wettest July's on record and I'm happy to report my basement was dry!  I could not have been happier!

Your Service Technician Mike is great! Mike always explained everything, He also shows me how to work my Adirondack Basement Systems system. He has also answered questions about other materials that were not related for example ( humidifier, etc.). You guys are great, there is nothing that could be done differently. Your office staff is always so pleasant and helpful. In addition to the installation I have dry-locked the walls and floor. I would definitely recommend you guys!
