5 stars !!!   As I said though, we really can't   judge  until a  flood !!  😄😂🤣😀Below is a review I just posted on the google reviews attached to your site.  Very happy with the final results.Our house turned 100 years old this year and was beginning to show signs of hitting the century mark. We have been spared the past several years of having water in the basement due to the lack of big time winter snowfalls and the springtime melt that follows. As we approach age 70 we decided we no longer wish to worry about having to wear boots in the basement to do our laundry should we have another wet season in the future ! Looks GREAT but we can never truly judge until we have some seriously wet weather ! In the meantime here are our thoughts.From our initial contact with the office staff we were impressed. We met with design specialist Jon Roz who spent well over 2 informative hours with us covering all options and costs with us in detail. NO pressure at all. Despite being a little more than we planned on spending we went with the complete package of a new concrete floor, drainage system, sump pump with battery backup, clean white wall system and a high tech dehumidifier. Zach and his work crew were on time each day and got right to work on arrival. Very good at keeping us up to date throughout the process. Crew was polite at all times. Adirondack Basements runs an efficient and no nonsense operation in our opinion. Some have questioned the cost of these projects but in our opinion we paid for not only a cleaner looking, drier basement but for PEACE OF MIND ! Well worth our investment. If we stay in our home we have a nice spot, should we sell someday this will certainly enhance our asking price.

We were very pleased with the clean-up work after the installation.  Our Installation Team was very knowledgeable about the products, and we were VERY satisfied with their work. The entire Team at Adirondack Basement Systems are EXCELLENT!!! The top 2 reasons we chose Adirondack was because they were Affordable and Professional!!!!

I was very satisfied with the installation- the system is neat and hopefully will work well when the next flood comes.  It has given me a worry free feeling. The clean up was satisfactory- all concrete debris was removed from basement and floor was swept clean. Sean's installation crew worked very hard, were pleasant, and completed the job on time. Richard Keigley had an excellent presentation and explained everything thoroughly.  I spoke to Joy and Carla in the office on numerous occasions, they were always pleasant and helpful. I chose your company because: the presentation was impressive, complete packet of information, and the discussion I had with existing customers. I really appreciated Kevin (the owner) calling me to discuss issues that i was having with the installation. After speaking to him and Sean everything turned out just fine.

We would like to commend the install crew of Sean and Steve for the great job they did for us!  They are both knowledgeable, hard working, polite young men.  They covered our hardwood floors each day with a drop-cloth and went out of their way to minimize the impact of the installation on our day to day life

When job was completed I told workers they would be miracle workers if I didn't get any water in the basement. Well, they are miracle workers!
