Claire has been a customer of ours since 2018! On Friday, May 17th 2024 her Sump Pump and SaniDry systems were due for annual maintenance, which service tech, Seth, completed in a timely manner. Our system was installed in 2005. We have Mike come and service it yearly. Mike is an excellent asset to your company, he explains everything he will be doing to maintain the system. Your office team is always responsive and courteous. A few years back we installed a WINE CELLAR!

We are very satisfied with the installation that Adirondack Basement Systems did!!!! Don Rose and his installation crew made sure that the grounds were completely clean when they finished!!!! They were thorough in the explanation of what they were going to do, when they were going to do it, and when they were going to be finished. My design specialist Richard Keigley explained everything thoroughly and was a pleasure to work with. We decided on your company because my home inspector recommended you, plus the Dry CrawlSpace Science book was really informative (they sent this to my for free prior to my evaluation).Our crawl space was VERY WET and the house had a MUSTY smell ALL OF THE TIME. Since i put the dehumidifier in, the cellar is much more comfortable.  It's not damp or smelly.  Where you fixed the cracks in the foundation there is no longer any leaks/ rain coming into the basement! I love it! My cellar windows were a great investment! The upstairs is more comfortable and less humid!

The crew did an excellent job and everything is drying up perfectly.  Humidity is down to 51% six days after the install.  I had water on the floor of the basement in most areas before your system.  Where were you 20yrs ago?!

July was one of the wettest July's on record and I'm happy to report my basement was dry!  I could not have been happier!
