Along with the office staff they are very helpful with positive attitudes and i have always been happy after hearing the answers to my questions. Six and a half weeks after having the installation by Adirondack Basement Systems, we had a foot of snow and rain and our basement was dry!! Before this, we would have many parts of our basement wet. Claire has been a customer of ours since 2018! On Friday, May 17th 2024 her Sump Pump and SaniDry systems were due for annual maintenance, which service tech, Seth, completed in a timely manner.
