One of our basement finishing specialists met with the homeowner and went over all of the possible options she had to make the space her own. The homeowner decided on our ThermalDry flooring, CleanSpace vapor barrier, Zen Wall, Sanidry Sedona, and EverLast Windows.
She chose ThermalDry Sandstone tile for the flooring- a product that is inorganic and protects from moisture/mold and a cold basement floor. CleanSpace vapor barrier was used to protect the walls from moisture and mold. Zen Wall was used in some areas to help insulate the walls and provide a clean look. The Sedona was installed to control humidity levels and remove any excess moisture from the space while filtering the air. Lastly, the EverLast Windows provided new clean windows that would help with heat loss and prevent water seepage, bugs and the like from entering the basement.
