Challenge
A homeowner called in with concerns of bowing basement walls and excess moisture in the basement. After assessing the source of the problem, we came to the conclusion that the moisture was being let in through old window, which was weakening the walls' structural integrity.
Solution
As a result, we installed 7 8' PowerBrace's along the weaker walls. We also installed new windows that were better sealed to keep moisture out. Overall, the homeowner was very satisfied with the immediate improvement.
