Addressing a Wall Crack in Rensselaer, NY

Challenge
A homeowner called in with concerns of a growing crack in their block foundation. In addition to the compromised structural integrity of the home, the homeowner was unable to list the home for sale until this got addressed. We sent a certified Design Specialist out to determine the cause of the crack and propose quick recommendations to fix the home.
Solution
After carefully evaluating the home, our Design Specialist came to the conclusion that part of the cracking was due to water damage, and exterior soil shifting. Evan proposed we install 7 PowerBrace to support the wall crack and prevent any further bowing of the walls.
