Challenge
A homeowner called in with an urgent concern of a support beam giving out of their Glenville, NY home. The homeowner stated that they felt the entire home shift when the beam collapsed. Understanding the significance of this problem, we immediately sent a Design Specialist out for a free inspection.
Solution
