Challenge
A homeowner called in with concerns of a deteriorating foundation in a 250+ year old home. This damage was caused by water intrusion and years of surrounding soil movement, causing the foundation so shift, crack, and bow in.
Solution
Our team installed EverBrace and SmartJacks in the basement to support the foundation walls and weight of the home. We also installed Drainage Matting and a CleanSpace liner to encapsulate the crawlspace and prevent moisture buildup.
